How to order

To order on-line, simply follow the on-screen directions beside each item. Once your order is sent, you will receive acknowledgement via e-mail.

Sizes

Choosing the right size may seem complicated, but relax and follow our simple guidelines. If your order needs size adjustment after you receive it, we can still modify it. See After-sales Care.

We offer three ring size options: you can select a European size, an American size or you can take a ring you already have and measure its diameter in millimetres.

Bracelets & Cuffs
These come in standard sizes: Small, Medium and Large. Most people choose Medium. If you need a special size, simply send us the measurement with your order.

Necklaces & Chokers
Please state the length of necklace you require when ordering (take one you already have and measure it). A choker creates a graceful and distinct line around the neck. It is important that it should be neither too small nor too loose. To find your size, circle the neck with a tape measure or a piece of string and note the length. Or take a choker you already have and measure its diameter.

Pendants
Pendants come with round serpent chains available in the following lengths: 40cm, 45cm, 50cm, 60cm. Simply make your choice when ordering.

Finishes

The standard finish is hand-polished, for the best and deepest lustre. My designs sometimes come in other finishes such as
Hammered, where the surface is uneven, creating twinkling reflections or
Black, where parts of the surface is blackened to accentuate patterns in the design.

Please note that for Sterling Silver jewellery, oxidation (the silver gradually turning black) is a natural process that occurs over time.
This is part of the joy of choosing to wear silver jewellery and most of my designs express even more character due to this oxidation.
On the other hand, 18 carat gold jewellery is stable and will not oxidize.

Materials

All my designs are made in sterling silver. Some are also available in 18 carat yellow gold or white gold.
The weight indicated beside each item is approximate and varies slightly according to size, and helps you to get an idea of the weight of the piece.

The alloys in each piece of jewellery are precisely measured during production in our workshop and applied according to Belgian Law, guaranteed by our legal stamps.
For 18 carat gold this means at least 750^°°° of pure gold.
For Sterling Silver this means at least 925^°°° of pure silver.
Nickel is not used in any part of the production.

Processing your order

After you receive our acknowledgement, your order will be handmade in our workshop. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks to complete production. When we are ready to ship your order, we will notify you via e-mail.

After-sales care

We offer an extensive after-sales service to all our customers.
So, for adjustments, repair or cleaning of your Christa Reniers jewellery, visit any of my shops where sales staff will help you keep your jewellery in top condition.

Free Adjustment Policy

In the event the size you ordered does not fit, we can adapt your purchase and return it to you free of charge, once only.
Subsequent size adjustments will be at your own cost.
Important: before returning any item for adjustment, you must first obtain an Adjustment Authorisation from Christa Reniers. The Adjustment Authorisation can be obtained by e-mail (service@christareniers.com).

Guarantee

Purchasing a piece of Christa Reniers jewellery is a guarantee of top quality materials and design, to be enjoyed over many years.

However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of the date you received it.
Important: in order to do so, you must first obtain a Return Authorisation from Christa Reniers before returning the goods. The Return Authorisation can be obtained by e-mail ( return@christareniers.com )
Please clearly state why you wish to return the piece.

All items must be returned in the original box with the original packing materials. They must be in the same condition as when sent to you.
As soon as the goods are received by us and checked, we will refund you the full purchase price, less shipping.

Shipping

All shipping is free, insured and processed by FEDEX wherever you are in the world.
